Foram anunciadas hoje as indicações ao 28th Annual Television Critics Association Awards, premiação outorgada por uma organização com mais de 200 jornalistas e críticos de TV dos Estados Unidos e Canadá com o objetivo de reconhecer o melhor visto na programação televisiva na temporada 2012-2013. O seriado “The Americans”, cuja primeira temporada foi ao ar neste ano, é o líder de indicações com 4 menções, incluindo Programa do Ano, Melhor Série Dramática, Melhor Performance em Drama para Matthew Rhys e Melhor Novo Programa.

Além de “The Americans”, outros destaques da lista são: “Game of Thrones”, “Breaking Bad” e “Louie”. No press release que divulga a lista de indicados, a presidente da TCA, Candace Havens, afirmou: “estas não foram escolhas fáceis para nossos mais de 200 membros. A última temporada na TV foi cheia de programas e profissionais merecedores de uma menção, e esses são a nata dos melhores”.
