As 101 séries de TV mais bem escritas de todos os tempos

O Writers Guild of America (WGA), associação de roteiristas dos Estados Unidos, divulgou hoje a lista das que eles consideram ser as 101 Séries de TV Mais Bem Escritas de todos os tempos. A lista é encabeçada por “Os Sopranos”, programa criado por David Chase e que teve seis temporadas levadas ao ar pelo canal HBO. “Os Sopranos” marcou época na TV norte-americana e revelou alguns profissionais que, posteriormente, após o término do programa, lideraram seus próprios seriados, como Terence Winter (que também está na lista por “Boardwalk Empire”) e Matthew Weiner (que também está na lista por “Mad Men“).

Em segundo lugar, na lista do WGA, aparece “Seinfeld”, programa criado por Larry David e Jerry Seinfeld, e que muitos consideram a melhor sitcom de todos os tempos. Outros destaques da lista são seriados clássicos como “M.A.S.H.”, de Larry Gelbart; “The Mary Tyler Moore Show”, de James L. Brooks e Allan Burns; “The Wire”, de David Simon; “The Simpsons”, de Matt Groening; “Six Feet Under“, de Alan Ball; “The X-Files”, de Chris Carter; “ER”, de Michael Crichton; dentre muitos outros programas.

Depois q vi “Sex & The City” na frente de House, Game of Thrones e Law & Order (isso só pra citar algumas), já desanimei de ver a lista toda.


lista interessante… mas parece que THE SOPRANOS virou algo intocável quando se trata de listas assim… mesmo em termos de roteiro sou bem mais THE WIRE, BREAKING BAD, SIX FEET UNDER e LOST, por exemplo.


Absurdo DAMAGES ter ficado fora de uma lista dessas.


Alessandro, a questão é que “Game of Thrones” ainda é um trabalho em progresso. Acho que a lista leva em consideração muito mais a importância que o programa teve para a TV do que os roteiros propriamente ditos, até mesmo porque muitas séries não conseguem manter o mesmo nível de excelência por muito tempo, alternando altos e baixos no meio do caminho.

Bruno, também achei uma lista interessante. Acho inegável a importância de “The Sopranos” para a TV recente, uma vez que ela revolucionou a TV. Gosto também de “The Wire” e “Six Feet Under”.

Pedro, “Damages” era uma série bem interessante, mas eu entendo porque ficou de fora da lista.
